The Committee was created after several preparatory meetings Torresina, in November 2006. Torresina is born out of a former illegal dump, and it is perhaps this that attention to the environment and decor has never been lacking. Apart from exceptional measures, mowing grass in the neighborhood was always charged (morals) neighborhood Committee, that has historically partnered with AMA up to merit ranking a rallying point during the Sundays of bulky collection.
